CYMH – Child and Youth Mental Health – 604-740-8900 or 604-886-5525 – Free counselling through the Ministry of Children & Family Development. There is a referral process you may do for yourself or you can contact us & we can help you with that. CYMH has qualified counsellors & usually has a wait list, though the length of wait time varies.
