We have many resources in addition to the ones listed below for mental health support during the pandemic.  They have been gathered at this site:

Local Resources
CYMH – Child and Youth Mental Health – 604-740-8900 or 604-886-5525 – Free counselling through the Ministry of Children & Family Development. There is a referral process you may do for yourself or you can contact us & we can help you with that. CYMH has qualified counsellors & usually has a wait list, though the length of wait time varies.
Sunshine Coast Youth Outreach Worker Program – 604-741-1129
Addiction Services – 604-885-8678 – Free, qualified counsellors to help in the area of addiction.
St. Mary’s Hospital – 604-885-2224
Sunshine Coast Youth Clinic – 604-886-5600 – Mondays 3:30-5:30 – Services for youth – HIV/SDT testing, Health Information, Birth Control (free for youth up to 18 years), pregnancy testing, general health concerns. Confidential. Drop-in or appointment.
Sunshine Coast Community Services – This society provides a wide range of services to people on the coast, including family & youth services.
